Manage the waste according to Title 22 California <br /> Code of Regulations for hazardous waste. Submit a statement and supporting documentation to the San Joaquin <br /> County Environmental Health Department describing the storage and final disposition of the cleaned up waste. <br /> This is a Class 11 violation.
