Good Morning Erin, Those violations from 2022 have non-resolvable non-compliant statuses due to another inspection being conducted. #203 and#214 have non-resolvable statuses but can be changed to complied if you submit the documentation requested below. #214 has been carried over to the newest inspection that occurred on 5/30/2023. Please see the attached outlook email thread with the inspection report. If you are only assigned to complete the open violations from 2022, please submit the requested documents (work order for the spill bucket replaced, corrected copy of the UST Facility Employee Training Certificate for 12/31/2021) . If you are assigned to close out all open violations including the newest inspection report that went out, please refer to the attachment with the inspection report to see the other open violations. If you submit the permit application with the double fee for#214,the violation can be closed for both the 2022 and 2023 inspection reports as complied. By chance would someone in your office also be handling the address 3725 N Tracy Blvd to close out those open violations?That facility has already had failure to comply letters mailed to their mailing address for the open violations from the UST inspection report on 1/30/2023, HMBP inspection report 1/20/2023 and HW inspection report 1/20/2023 and emails sent regarding these open violations.Attached are the reports.
