Restrict delivery of flow to the tank at least 30 minules before the tank dills, provided th a restriction o ur <br />when the tank is filled to no more than 95 percent of capacity; and activate an audible alarm at least five minutes <br />before the tank overfills; or <br />. Provide positive shut-off of flow to the teak when the tank is filled to no more than 95 percent of capacity, or, <br />. Provide positive shut-off of flaw to the tank o that none of the fittings located on the top of the tank are <br />exposed to product due to overfilling <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately contact a property licensed, trained, and certified contractor to install an <br />approved overfill prevention system- Replacement of a mechanical Bopp r valve requires a permit and inspection <br />by the EHD.. If an external audio/visual alarm Js replaced, provide a copy of the service receipt to the EH D if an <br />approved overfill prevent -ion system can't be installed immediately, diately, there is a possibilrt that the 87 and 91 UST <br />system may be red tagged to prevent fuel inputs, % 4 A <br />Me <br />This � r repeat violation, is II. <br />Overal I Inspection C <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator an the day of €nspectian.
