Also I went back and the last SB989 testing we had on the calendar was 2/10/2021.This permit is for penetration fittings on three sumps that failed recent SB989 testing. When was the SB989 testing with the failed sumps?We don't have any test results for that or it shown on the calendar that a SB989 was recently scheduled.The facility isn't due for their SB989 until February 2024 since the last test we have was 2/10/2021. Was it an early test to reset dates? Could you please forward over when the notification was sent to EHD and test results? Thanks!
