I hope that you have had a chance to review the documents we sent March 30. 1 believe the hazardous waste
program violations should be closed. The APSA program violations should all have been corrected except for the SPCC
Plan update. This was scheduled to be completed May 13, 2022.To date,we have contracted with Condor to prepare the
update. Condor's site evaluation was completed April 1. We then provided Condor our plan edits to incorporate into the
update. We have been doing our due diligence searching for a firm to collect elevation measurements of the yard at our
Facility. As you know, this information will be crucial to calculate the estimated containment capacity. Condor has been
selected to do this work as well and we anticipate getting information as soon as this week. While we have been moving
towards completion,we would like to propose an extension of the deadline for the SPCC Plan update of June 3, 2022 if
possible. I am available by phone if you'd like to discuss any of this information further.
Thank you.
Respectfully,
7
