Manually sanitize utensils at 3 comp sink with at least 200 ppm quat when <br /> warewashing until dishwasher is serviced and provides at least 50 ppm chlorine. Corrected on site, utensils will be <br /> manually sanitized at 3 comp sink when warewashing until dishwasher is serviced. Provide warm water between 100-108 F <br /> at nonadjustable hand sinks. Corrected on site. <br /> - #27: Observed debris on ice chute at soda machine. Clean today and maintain clean. <br /> - #30: Observed unlabeled containers in facility. Provide labels today. <br /> - #35: 1) Observed cardboard on top of 1 D Delfield reach-in under the pizza pans. Remove cardboard and provide <br /> cleanable surface today. <br /> 2) Observed dust build up on fan and fan cover in walk-in cooler. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br /> 3) Hot water does not shut off at the mop sink it is constantly running,a switch at the faucet head is used to turn <br /> water off. Repair mop sink faucet so that hot water fully shuts off. Correct within 2 weeks. <br /> - #41:The was no air gap between the soda machine discharge hose and floor sink. Provide 1 in. minimum air gap within <br /> 1 week. <br /> - #47: 1)Observed expired EHD permit posted. Post current EHD permit in a conspicuous location today. <br /> 2) Most recent inspection report was not available during the inspection.
