Manually sanitize utensils at 3 comp sink with at least 200 ppm quat when <br /> warewashing until dishwasher is serviced and provides at least 50 ppm chlorine. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br /> 3) Hot water does not shut off at the mop sink it is constantly running,a switch at the faucet head is used to turn <br /> water off. Repair mop sink faucet so that hot water fully shuts off. Correct within 2 weeks. <br /> - #41:The was no air gap between the soda machine discharge hose and floor sink.
