Railyard Clean-up Plan
Stockton Terminal & Eastern Railroad 1300 North Gertrude Avenue Stockton, CA 95215
July 23, 2022
b. Soil extraction will be addressed on a zone-grid-by-zone-grid basis. If
material removal is inefficient in removing all contamination, soil extraction
will be performed, removing approximately 3" deep crisscross
contamination. Extracted soil will be considered ACCM for debris disposal
purposes.
6. Final Clearance
After the zone-grid cleaning, the owner's environmental representative will
perform another visual inspection. After the final visual inspection, the
environmental representative will deem the area cleared of bulk asbestos
contamination and clear the area for any further treatment or handling.
Pictures of the areas will be taken, all grid markers removed, and a final
letter submitted to the owner for their records.
7. Post Clearance Treatment
a. For zone 2, areas, will have clean road base, and asphalt will be applied to
areas designated by the railyard environmental department.
Submitted by: sbeStos c
Michael J.
