<br />Yes, the ACM sampling report is in the final review process. Also, we are working with Registered
<br />Asbestos Abatement Contractors to establish a scope of work and schedule for performing asbestos
<br />abatement in the railyard. It is our plan to provide you and SJEHD with both the ACM sampling report
<br />and the ACM abatement workplan at the same time. I expect that both documents will be finalized and
