SAN <br /> J O a Q U I N Environmental Health Department <br /> Food Program Official Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: SUSYS MEXICAN FOOD, 120 W HARDING WAY, STOCKTON 95204 <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:Observed the following: <br /> -Heavy dust accumulations on kitchen vent and surrounding ceiling and walls near the breaker panel <br /> -Heavy dust accumulation on the lights near the cooking hood. <br /> -Heavy dust accumulation observed in the ware washing room on the ceiling,vents and walls, especially near the prep sink, <br /> knife holder, etc. <br /> -Food debris and build-up on the floor of the produce walk-in cooler. <br /> Detail clean above areas within three days. Maintain clean. (REPEAT) <br /> Wall damage was observed near the floor next to the one door upright freezer. Repair wall so that it is smooth, cleanable <br /> and non-absorbent within two weeks. <br /> Base tiles were observed detached from wall near the prep sink. Re-attach base tiles to wall so that base is smooth, <br /> cleanable and non-absorbent within two weeks. (REPEAT) <br /> Plastic was observed on ceiling in ware washing room. Facility had a break-in through the roof. Repair ceiling so that it is <br /> smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent within 30 days. <br /> Floor tiles in the ware washing room were observed loose and/or missing grout. Repair ware washing floor so that it is <br /> smooth, cleanable and non-absorbent with no missing grout or loose tiles. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
