A State EPA ID number is required for generators of less than 100 kg RCRA hazardous waste per <br />month, less than one kg of acutely hazardous waste per month or any amount of non-RCRA hazardous waste. ID <br />numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br />to obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br />Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br />finished on 12/22/2021 and replaces the initial checklist. <br />Business created an account on CERS. Made a CERS submittal reporting the business generates hazardous <br />waste. Created a written statement indicating they take used oil to a local collection center.
