ID <br /> numbers are unique to a business and site location. <br /> CORRECTIVE ACTION:Go to the DTSC web site at https://dtsc.ca.gov/apply-for-hazardous-waste-epa-id-number/ <br /> to obtain an ID number. Immediately apply for your ID number and submit evidence to the San Joaquin County <br /> Environmental Health Department within 30 days. <br /> This is a Class II violation. <br /> Overall Inspection Comments: <br /> An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection. A complete report was <br /> finished on 12/22/2021 and replaces the initial checklist. <br /> Business created an account on CERS. Made a CERS submittal reporting the business generates hazardous <br /> waste. Created a written statement indicating they take used oil to a local collection center.
