The missing receipts include: paint waste and paint equipment <br />cleaning waste solvent. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: The generator shall retain each consolidated manifest receipt for at least three years. <br />This period of retention is extended automatically during the course of any unresolved enforcement action regarding <br />the regulated activity or as requested by the department or a certified unified program agency. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Locate a copy of the receipts listed above. Maintain the records on-site for three years <br />from the date of shipping and provide a copy to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD). <br />If the receipts cannot be found, provide a statement to the EHD that future receipts will be maintained on-site for <br />three years. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />119 HSC 25404(e)(4) Failed to report accurate program data in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). <br />OBSERVATION: This business's hazardous waste activities have not been reported on the California <br />Environmental Reporting System (CERS) website. <br />REGULATION GUIDANCE: Each regulated business shall report program data electronically on the CERS <br />website. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately report your business activities including the hazardous waste program on the <br />CERS website. Provide a corrective action statement to the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />within 30 days. <br />This is a Class II violation. <br />Overall Inspection Comments: <br />An inspection checklist was provided to the facility operator on the day of inspection.
