The following is an itemized list of underground storage tank violations that have not been addressed for TRACY 76 as of May 08, 2023. Open violations from March 23, 2023 inspection Violation #102 -Failure to submit a complete and accurate application for a permit to operate a UST. OBSERVATION: UST Tank Information forms are not current in the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). - Tank #1003 incorrectly indicates the content as diesel, the tank was converted to E85 REGULATION GUIDANCE: Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. CORRECTIVE ACTION: Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the =HD. ❑ This violation was corrected ❑ Supporting documents included ❑ This violation will be corrected by (date): Describe actions taken or will be taken to correct violation: Violation #104 -Failure to submit a complete and accurate UST Monitoring Plan. OBSERVATION The monitoring plan is not current and/or not approved by the EHD. -The monitoring plan for tank #003 incorrectly list the leak detector manufacturer and model as "VMI" "99LD2000". The leak detector on site is Fe Petro The monitoring plan for tank #003 incorrectly list the pipe monitoring leak sensor model as "205" ,the leak sensor model on site is "323" -The monitoring plans for both tanks incorrectly list the monitoring panel for the tank, piping, and UDC monitoring as a EMC. The panel on site is a TLS 350 Plus, REGULATION GUIDANCE: The monitoring plan must be uploaded to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS).
