Tracy <br />“Return to compliance” <br /> <br />Item 208 DO to comply to each 30-day inspection period (Inspection reports within this communication) <br /> 2/5/2023, 3/5/2023 4/1/2023 <br /> Overfill prevention dates have been updated “4/15/2022” (see report links below) <br /> <br />Item 302 Earliest detection point. This item has been corrected and was an oversite from previous <br />sump water removal. Manager policy going forward “any time a service contractor or others <br />open a sump it must be witnessed by second party that detection probes are in lowest point of <br />detection. <br /> <br />Item 307 See service maintenance workorder addressing the water intrusion.
