Per representative, <br /> the floor has been sealed. Some gaps exist and need to be filled in. Properly seal the gaps with a smooth, cleanable, <br /> durable and non-absorbent material. If the floor in this area breaks down in the future, it will need to be patched. <br /> The flashing/coving at the wall/floor junction of the walk-in cooler is gapping where it sits on the floor.
