Provide wall-mounted dispenser and maintain stocked at all <br />times. Adjust hot water heater to maintain 120 F minimum. Ensure facility producing the <br />bread is labeling each prepackaged sweet bread with the following: <br />1. Common name of the food. <br />2. Quantity <br />3. Name and Address of Business (doing the prepackaging). <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Food shall be stored in approved containers and labeled as to contents. Food shall be stored at least 6" <br />above the floor on approved shelving.
