Per operator this was due to rain leaking from the <br />wall. Clean today and repair wall as necessary. <br />Observed dust build up on ceiling and wall inside walk-in. Clean within 1 week and maintain clean. <br />Observed missing coving under 3 comp sink and missing/damaged wood board base around mop sink. Provide approved <br />coving such as slim foot tile or schluter cove base with tile around mop sink and 3 comp sink. Correct within 1 month. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls / ceilings shall have durable, smooth, nonabsorbent, light-colored, and washable surfaces. All floor <br />surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br />cleanable. Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas, except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br />unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
