Once
the repair is completed, we will make the appropriate arrangements for an inspection during which a hydrostatic test
will be performed, per permit conditions.
Thank you,
John Jursca
Water Quality Environmental Analyst
Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory
Phone: 925-424-3728
Cell: 925-341-9093
jurscal@llnl.gov
-----Original Message -----
From: Jursca, John
Sent: Wednesday, March 22, 2023 4:04 PM
To: Rivera, Stacy [EHD] <srivera@sjgov.org>
Cc: EH -UST <ust@sjgov.org>; Presto, Carol [EHD] <cpresto@sjgov.org>; Brian Thornton
<brian@thorntonenvironmental.com>; Higbee, Jeffrey Michael <higbee2@llnl.gov>
Subject: Re: Permitted Repair of 8879 Diesel UST - LLNL Site 300
Hi Stacy,
Yes, that statement is correct. This notification is for the repair, and I will notify your group (with at least 48 hours
notice) when the testing will be conducted.
Yes, repairs and testing for the B882 spill bucket will be conducted at a later time. We are still coordinating the work to
have the concrete around the spill bucket broken, to allow the repair to occur.
Thank you,
John Jursca
> On Mar 22, 2023, at 3:19 PM, Rivera, Stacy [EHD] <srivera@sjgov.org> wrote:
> Hi John,
> I just want to confirm that this is a repair -only notification, and no testing will be conducted.
