Underground Storage Tank <br />Secondary Containment Testing Report Form <br />9. COMMENTS <br />Diesel piping is safe suction and was verified during testing on 8-11-2008. <br />Piping containment isolation boot was pulled back after testing was completed. <br />Testing is performed per PEI -1200 industry standards for piping interstice, tank interstice, <br />piping sump and UDC's. <br />This report reflects post repair testing of the piping sump on 4-18-2023 and retesting of both <br />tanks interstice and unleaded piping interstice on 11-7-2023 (Testing of these components <br />were not accepted by SJEHD). All other testing was completed on 2-6-2023. <br />All tests marked "Fail" and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br />the COMMENTS section. <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
