Underground Storage Tank <br />Secondary Containment Testing Report Form <br />9. COMMENTS <br />This is an emergency generator tank, there are no dispensers or UDC's. <br />Piping containment isolation boot was pulled back after testing was completed. <br />This report reflects retesting of both the tank interstice and piping interstice on 11-7-2023 <br />(Testing of these components were not accepted by SJEHD). All other testing was completed <br />on 2-6-2023. <br />All tests marked "Fail" and any repairs made before or during the tightness test must be described in <br />the COMMENTS section. <br />Page 5 of 5 <br />
