<br />disposal of wastewater which complies with the requirements of SJC Ordinance Code, Title 9, Chapter 9-1110, or the

<br />contamination, pollution, or a nuisance; CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5412- Contamination shall be abated; CA Health & Safety Code,
<br />Section 117555 - Person discharged sewage onto public street/park guilty of misdemeanor; SJC Sewage Standards, Section 1.4.

<br />Sewage Discharge Notification. CA Health & Safety Code, Section 5411.5(a) - EHD must be notified of sewage discharges; CA Health
<br />& Safety Code, Section 5411.5(b) - Any person who fails to provide notice to the EHD of a sewage spill is guilty of a misdemeanor.
