Beginning at the Southeast corner of that certain 0.446 acre tract of land as <br /> deeded to Lewis A. Sprague and Marla Sprague, by Deed recorded October 3, <br /> 1922 in Book "A" of Deeds, Vol. 521, Page 243, which point of beginning is also <br /> on the Northerly side of the French Camp Road, and running thence North along <br /> the East side of said 0.446 acre tract and the East side extended Northerly, 163 <br /> feet 7 inches to a point; thence at right angles East 25 feet; thence South parallel <br /> to the East line of said 0.446 acre tract and the East line extended Northerly to a <br /> point on the Northerly side of said French Camp Road; thence Northwesterly <br /> along the Northerly side of said French Camp Road to the Point of <br /> Beginning. <br /> Except the North 18 feet of West 20 1/2 feet thereof. <br /> This legal description was prepared from record information to comply with the <br /> condition of approval for a "Notice of Lot Line Adjustment" as per San Joaquin <br /> County Community Development Department and the State Subdivision Map Act <br /> requirements and may or may not represent net sellable acreage.
