SANAOAQUIN <br />COUN TY- - <br />Grentness hert. <br />Environmental Health Department <br />Time In: 202 pm <br />Time Out: 2:20 pm <br />COMPLAINT INSPECTION REPORT <br />Name of Facility: LODI USD-PODESTA RANCH ELEM SCHOOL Date: 03/08/2023 <br />Address 9950 WINDMILL PARK DR, STOCKTON 95209 <br />Owner/Operator: LODI UNIFIED SCHOOL DISTRICT Telephone: (209) 953-3388 <br />Program Element: 1600- FOOD PROGRAM Complaint #: C00055668 <br />Responsible Party Contact: <br />DESCRIPTION OF COMPLAINT ALLEGATIONS <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department received the following complaint: <br />COMPLAINANT STATES THE TOILETS ON THE UPPER FLOOR ARE OVERFLOWING AND THE WATER IS GETTING <br />INTO THE CAFETERIA. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodbome illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br />FOOD ITEM -- LOCATION --TEMP ° F --COMMENTS <br />No Temperature Data Collected <br />COMMENTS AND OBSERVATIONS <br />Complaint inspection. No major violations. No re-inspection. <br />Sewage leak started upstairs in restroom. Per plumber on site, blockage was caused by a clog from disposable wipes. <br />Sewage is no longer backing up and plumber fixed blockage upstairs and was finishing up on blockage downstairs near water <br />fountain outside cafeteria. Sewage that came from upstairs did not go in kitchen. Sewage went to the northeast corner of the <br />cafeteria. Janitor had already cleaned up leak with floor cleaner. Asked janitor to sanitize the areas that were impacted by <br />the sewage leak. Quat sanitizer available on site. <br />ENSURE ALL AREAS AFFECTED BY SEWAGE LEAK ARE CLEANED AND SANITIZED WITH CHLORINE OR QUAT <br />SANITIZER. <br />Official inspection report was emailed to operator. <br />To minimize person-to-person contact, the signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
