Reviewed info, tried to contact complainant, generated <br />complaint and assigned it to Aaron <br />Stopped by the site and spoke with employees there. I was able to test the <br />bathroom fixtures onsite and there was no back up. During the busy periods of the <br />year they bring in portable toilets to relieve pressure on the main OVVTS. <br />While I was there I observed that one of the wells was opened and the pump <br />pulled. They claim to have pulled the pump by hand. <br />I gave the complaint to SPWS unit, MV. <br />Windmill 7600. Non billed. Informed CDD Juanita status. I asked Mai to place an <br />entry about the Boil Water Notice the PWS unit has issued, or if they've attached <br />to the existing PR0542841 for follow up of enforcement, so we can abate the <br />complaint since this complaint was for septic original. (I'm aware of their separate <br />C00055417 and requirement for Fe and Mg violations not related to this Boil <br />Water Notice) <br />Windmill Cover 7600. Spoke to separate complainant David 916-655-8170 from <br />back in Dec 2022 who then had complained about black spots in his radiator when <br />using the water (probably becasue of the high Fe and Mg that PWS has already <br />required correction under C00055417 not related to this complaint).
