6. Water and wastewater disposal services will be available and sufficient to serve a proposed subdivision. <br /> If the subdivision has more than 500 dwelling units, this finding must be in accordance with Section <br /> 66473.7 of the Subdivision Map Act. <br /> The subdivision does not propose any development.In the event the applicant proposes to develop <br /> the proposed sites,the applicant has provided will serve letters for public water and sewer. <br /> 7.
