Mr. Gill stated that owner hire his firm to fix the sewage issue and request an extension to This Friday 8/27/2021 to comply with the rules and regulations. I okay to extend the compliance date to 8/27/2021. 01/20/2022 Review EHD file records and information GIRARDI 01/21/2022 Review system records. There are no septic permits submitted. There is no new GIRARDI information regarding DC plumbing to fix the issue. P/0 Christina Hicks contact information is 2099546005. 01/25/2022 Spoke with Jeff Watters 209-954-6005. Jeff is Christina Hicks nephew and he is GIRARDI doing the work on the house. He indicated that the house has need vacant since 1994 and that he had a contractor to submit a septic permit to the EHD but the got injured. He did not have a name of the contractor. I told him that the EHD records show Brandon Gill with DC plumbing involved. He will contact the contractor and will try to have the permit submitted withing the next couple of weeks. 02/09/2022 Contacted Jeff Watters 2099546005; he stated that his contactor was supposed to GIRARDI come in last week to pull the permit to replace the septic tank. I checked the EC records and there were no permits listed under the APN number. Jeff indicated that his contractor is a friend of a friend and is not communicating to him directly and did not have his name. Jeff indicated that he will come in this Friday to submit the permit for the septic tank replacement. 02/16/2022 Phoned Jeff waters 2095466005, he will come by to the front counter to pick up a GIRARDI copy of the permit today and will submit the permit by this Friday. 03/10/2022 Review EC records, septic repair permit submitted SR0084920 on 2/25/22 to GIRARDI replace the old redwood tank with a new ASM 1250 gallon septic tank. Replacement pending. 06/15/2022 Reviewed from my unresolved list of complaints, Frank has it and owner pulled out SALINAS Septic Repair SR0084920 which is not finalized. 10/04/2022 Contacted Jeff Waters and discussed the septic permit SR084920. Informed him GIRARDI that it will expire 1 year after issuance this coming February. He will make arrangements to have the work done tentativly within the next 30 days and will keep me posted. 11/04/2022 Contacted Jeff Watters, is is planning on picking up the new septic tank next week GIRARDI and will contact the EHD when the tank is installed and ready for inspection. 01/13/2023 Contacted Jeff Waters, I informed him that the Service Request is set to expire GIRARDI next month. he indicated that he contacted the septic company yesterday to schedule the delivery, no date has been set yet due to the recent storms. He indicated that he will try to have it delivered sometime next week. I requested that he contact me either way if it can be scheduled next week or not to keep me apprised of the status. He said that he agrees and will keep me posted. 02/07/2023 Site visit for septic tank replacement, new septic tank is installed and connected, the setback is 30' from the exiting well due to limited space and and in accordance with the Special Permit provision. The existing septic tank is 40 feet from the existing well and will be destroyed tomorrow. The contractor will backfill the new tank today and destroy the old septic tank tomorrow.
