CHERRYLAND AVE STOCKTON, CA. 95215 Complaint #: C00055546 <br />The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has received a complaint alleging <br />the following sewage disposal violation at the above noted property. <br />NATURE OF COMPLAINT: Wastewater/grey water from being dumped onto the ground. <br />If these complaint allegations are valid and the violations are present, please take the following <br />corrective actions. <br />CORRECTIVE ACTION: Within ten (10) days from the date of receipt of this letter, take all <br />corrective actions necessary to abate the substandard conditions. <br />Please contact the staff person indicated below to inform them of the status of the complaint <br />allegations (valid or not valid) and any corrective actions taken, or to be taken, if applicable. <br />Please be advised that failure to correct substandard housing violations may result in further <br />enforcement action by the EHD. All enforcement action costs are recovered as specified below. <br />AUTHORITY: San Joaquin County Ordinance Code, Title 9, Section 9-1110.4 and Section 9-1110.9. <br />RECOVERY OF ENFORCEMENT COSTS: Pursuant to San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 8-5400(a), "The County shall be <br />reimbursed for all time, services and materials needed to abate a violation of this division." The current approved EHD hourly rate used <br />to compute the cost of time spent to investigate, document and abate a violation is $156.00 per hour. <br />PERMITS: Where structural, electrical, plumbing, or mechanical violations exist, appropriate permits must be obtained from the San <br />Joaquin County Building Division (SJCBD) prior to rehabilitation. If the structure(s) are to be demolished, a demolition permit must be <br />obtained from the SJCBD. Permits for Mobile Homes must be obtained from the California Department of Housing and Community <br />Development prior to rehabilitation.
