The lot mentioned in the complaint <br />appears to be owned by the Stockton Rail Road. <br />Drove around the area and found the homeless camp on the West side of the <br />trailer park. There were around 5 tents and a lot of trash and other waste. The <br />camp appears to be located on railroad property but I will need to confirm. <br />Recorded by <br />SUSZYCKI <br />SUSZYCKI <br />Abated the complaint to Code Enforcement.
