Complaint Investigation Summary <br /> Report #: 5105 <br />COMPLAINT ID: C00055204 Site Location: 1853 W SCOTTS AVE <br />Activity Summary <br />Activity Date Recorded by <br />10/19/2022 Scotts 1853. Discussed site and scout inspection report with Scott. Emailed to WONG <br />SO, CDD, PW, and BH for first joint ERT inspection tentatively scheduled for next <br />Tuesday at 9am. Requesting response by 10/20/2022. <br />10/20/2022 Scotts 1853. Scheduled joint homeless encampment ERT inspection; placed on WONG <br />calendar. Replied to Officer Boles and also Nicholas Taiariol's request and <br />questions <br />10/25/2022 Reviewed the complaint prior to going out to ERT. SUSZYCKI <br />10/25/2022 Visited the camp with Mr. Wong and the ERT. Observed 3 people, 6 dogs, 6 <br />RVs/trailers, 2 cars, 2 tents (used for storage), and 1 boat on a trailer. There is a <br />large amount of junk and trash spread through out the area. Some of the camp is <br />located along the roadway of Scotts Ave., some of it is on the remainder of Del <br />Norte which is a vacant lot, and the rest is spread through multiple privately owned <br />parcels. The Sheriffs Department was given the ok to enforce a no-tresspassing <br />order for one parcel (APN: 145-070-21). <br />SUSZYCKI <br />10/25/2022 Scotts 1853. Site inspection to confirm what's there along with Public Works, SO, WONG <br />and CDD (Behavior not there) <br />10/25/2022 Scotts 1853. Office review and tentatively scheduling for ERT Teams Meeting next WONG <br />Monday at 9:30am. <br />10/25/2022 Created an Inspection Report, map, and photographic log. Scanned everything SUSZYCKI <br />into a PDF and sent it to Mr. Wong. <br />10/26/2022 Scotts 1853. Zoey email questioned if Flood Control is involved (it isn't; she may WONG <br />be confused with Mormon Slough homelss cleanup). Spoke to SS. Mike S. <br />stepped in and answered her question. <br />10/27/2022 Scotts 1835. Sent out Teams Meeting invite for next week Monday 10/31. Went <br />over Record function and who else should or shouldn't be at the meeting with <br />Scott s. Called and left vm with Eric White on status of CDD report from Tuesday <br />10/22 will distribute as soon as I get it) <br />10/28/2022 Scotts 1853. Received 4 (5) returned emails saying it's undelivered (Dennis <br />Buettner, Greg Diederich, Matt Garber, Hemal Parikh, and Elizabeth Armis), but <br />when called they'd actually received it instead of the email notification. <br />WONG <br />WONG <br />10/31/2022 Scotts 1853.
