ALSO, THE FACILITY HAS <br />TAPE OVER THE OUTLETS AND (C) SAW A DEAD ROACH STUCK TO THE TAPE. (C) TOLD MANAGEMENT AND <br />THEY SAID (C) IS JUST TRYING TO GET FREE FOOD. <br />VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br />Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7: <br />113700. All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as "MAJOR" pose an immediate threat to public health <br />and have the potential to cause foodborne illness. All major violations must be corrected immediately. Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br />the food facility. <br />#23 Rodents, Insects or Animals Inside Facility <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed rodent dropping on cloth that knife was stored on at cook line, the cloth was removed. <br />Observed rodent droppings on exhaust hood filters that were stored on the floor, these filters were installed in the exhaust <br />hood during the inspection without being cleaned prior. The filters with rodent droppings on them were removed from the <br />exhaust hood once instructed. They were washed during the inspection and going to be sanitized afterwards. Observed <br />rodent droppings on the floor and shelves in the storage room. Per manager facility is serviced by Official Pest Prevention <br />once a month, last service was on 11/16/22. Clean and sanitize areas immediately with 100 ppm chlorine minimum and <br />increase pest control measures as necessary. <br />CALCODE DESCRIPTION: Each food facility shall be kept free of vermin: rodents (rats, mice), cockroaches, flies.( 114259.1, 114259.4, <br />114259.5) <br />#27 Food Protected from Contamination <br />OBSERVATIONS: Observed ice scoop stored in ice at soda machine ice well. Store ice scoop in a cleanable container <br />when not in use to prevent contamination. Correct today. <br />Observed bowl used as scoop in sugar container. Provide scoop with handle and store with handle sticking up to prevent <br />contamination. Correct today. <br />CAL CODE DESCRIPTION..
