Sterilization certificates for the Cheyenne cartridges with the lot numbers 2022-35-046 and 2022- <br /> 35-004. If you are unable to obtain the sterilization certificates then you cannot use those specific <br /> cartridges. <br /> 2. I noticed you replaced one of the paper towel dispensers in the procedure area with a hand dryer. <br /> Per the Safe Body Art Act, the procedure area shall be equipped with single use paper towels <br /> dispensed from a wall-mounted, touchless dispenser. You were required to have two paper towel <br /> dispensers in the procedure area due to having five sinks. <br /> 3. The two chairs with the mesh backs should either be removed from the procedure area or as <br /> Miguel mentioned—remove the backs of the chairs. I will need photographic evidence. <br /> 4. Training record with signatures of the practitioners.
