T-116 and T-611 inspection records are attached <br /> <br />#205 <br />The STI monthly and annual inspection checklists have been amended to clarify instructions for level gauge checks. See <br />attached amended STI SP001 Monthly Inspection Checklist and STI SP001 Annual Inspection Checklist <br /> <br />Item 2 was modified. Is the tank liquid level gauge legible and in good working condition? <br />Monthly instructions for tanks with level sensors: <br />1) Check the level at HMI and cross-check inventory. If the difference is ½ percent or more less proceed to step two. <br />2) Investigate the reason for the discrepancies between the level sensor reading at HMI and correct discrepancy. Record <br />comments on corrections that were made. <br />Annual Inspection Item added: For tanks equipped with a level sensor and high high level switch, did the level sensor <br />and high high level switch pass testing? <br /> <br />#302 Estimated date for finalizing SPCC Plan is next Friday, 5/19. <br /> <br />#601 Estimated date for finalizing SPCC Plan is next Friday, 5/19. <br /> <br />#604 <br />A footnote was expanded in to Table 1 and the SPCC Plan to describe various oil containing contents of various drums. <br />Various includes used oil, waste oil, waste diesel, wastewater, oily water, biodiesel, renewable diesel, diesel, glycerol, <br />feedstock oil, fat, FAME (Fatty Acid Methyl Ester), Biotable(R) 501, BC-EC1c and fuel additives. <br /> <br />#610 Estimated date for finalizing SPCC Plan is next Friday, 5/19. <br /> <br />#613 3. Oil containing drums are inspected monthly and are also inspected weekly for the waste accumulation area <br />inspection. Attached are portable container inspection records showing oil drums were inspected. <br /> <br />
