Discussed complaint with facility operator. Operator granted access to the facility for inspection. <br />Inspected dry food storage areas, cold food storage areas, and coffee brewing and dispensing units. Did not identify major <br />violations in the dry food storage areas, cold food storage areas, or coffee brewing and dispensing units. Cold storage units <br />were observed within the required temperatures. Per operator, none of the food handling staff have been sick during the time <br />the complaint was received through the present. <br />No major violations identified. <br />Please note: The signature of the person receiving the inspection report was not captured. <br />The person in charge is responsible for ensuring that the above mentioned facility is in compliance with all applicable sections of the California Health and <br />Safety Code.
