Anytime there is a highway incident regardless who is
at fault, we are going to clean up the environmental impact. Since your insured had the release of
diesel we are required by law to obtain a Temporarily EPA ID # to get rid of any Hazardous waste. We
have 1-20 yard bin full of contaminated diesel/soil and debris sitting on HWY 120 waiting to be profiled
and disposed of.
We cannot move this bin unless you or the RP (responsible Party for the diesel) get us or sign the release
form allowing Ancon Services to sign on there behalf. This has nothing to do with who is at fault, this is
protocol.
Please advise ASAP
Thank you
Jason Meehan
From: Norm Sanchez <norms@anconservices.com >
Sent: Monday, July 12, 2021 3:14 PM
To: Jason Meehan <Jasonm@anconservices.com >
Subject: RE: Hwy 120 and 1-5
Jason,
Here is the response from the spill we cleaned up. His actions caused the
release of the waste.
Sincerely,
Nicholas Gyore
National Claims Management
PO Box 2109
Lake Oswego, OR 97035
Tel: 503-636-1266 ext. 205
Fax: 503-636-1605
3
