Juan Armendarez (Caltrans) responded to the email thread (as he was cc'd) requesting that Nicholas also reach out to the insured. Juan also reached out to responsible party both via email and phone call requesting that they arrange for a signature to dispose of the waste. He managed to contact Jose Diaz' wife. 1 do not have contact information. Time spent generating contact information for Juan Armendarez. Attempted to call Jose Diaz on the phone number we have on file, 831-320-0051 but person who answered phone call stated it was wrong number. Juan provided another phone number, and I attempted to call but it was also the wrong number. 01/27/2022 Nicholas Gyore emailed the group thread stating that he contacted Gloria who MURO works with Jose Diaz and advised her to contact Ancon today and arrange for signature. Received call from Juan Armendarez stating that Ancon has reported that responsible party has contacted them and the waste is now able to be disposed. 01/31/2022 Disposal record has not been received as of 1-31-2022. MURO Updated narrative. Printed remaining documents. Compiled and submitted to Elena Manzo. 02/08/2022 Made corrections to service code billing per Elena Manzo. Split chargeable time MURO from non-chargeable time. 03/17/2023 Emailed Nolan Ryan, <nolanr@anconservices.com>, asking for a copy of the ALANIZ disposal records. 03/27/2023 Received the final disposal record from Nolan Ryan on 3/24/2023.
