Please see the site <br />map attached (Appendix 1). <br />Incident Background: <br />On 4 May 22, at 1438 ET, Penske Roadside notified ERTS of a vehicle release in Tracy, CA. The <br />caller reported that approximately 60 gallons of diesel released from Truck #432803 and the <br />cause of release was unknown. It was reported that the release impacted asphalt only, no storm <br />drains nor waterways were impacted by the release. It was later determined that approximately 5 <br />gallons released to the asphalt only. <br />Emergency Response: <br />On 4 May 22, Penske retained Emergency Response and Training Solutions (ERTS) to manage <br />and oversee environmental operations.
