Discontinue <br /> storage of PHFs in this unit. The PHFs held less than four hours inside this unit and below 50 F need to be transferred to a <br /> cooler at 41 F immediately.Whole tomatoes observed inside this cooler may be moved to alternate location.All PHFs <br /> currently at 50 F or higher must be discarded.
