MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -2- <br /> FORWARD INCORPORATED <br /> WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY <br /> CLASS II LANDFILLS <br /> CLASS III LANDFILLS <br /> CLASS II SURFACE, IMPOUNDMENT <br /> CLASS II LAND TREATMENT UNIT <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Report in Frequency of <br /> Parameter Units of Reporting <br /> Source(s) of Material -- Quarterly <br /> Discharged <br /> Minimum Freeboard Feet and Tenths Quarterly <br /> In addition, grab samples of impoundment contents shall be taken and analyzed <br /> for the parameters and constituents listed below under "LEACHATE MONITORING" <br /> (with the exception of flow rate) at the frequencies indicated thereunder. <br /> LEACHATE MONITORING <br /> All landfill unit and surface impoundment LCRS sumps shall be inspected daily <br /> for leachate generation. Upon detection of leachate in a previously dry LCRS, <br /> the Discharger, shall immediately sample the leachate and shall continue to <br /> sample the leachate at the following frequencies thereafter.
