MONITORING AND REPORTING PROGRAM -2- <br />FORWARD INCORPORATED <br />WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITY <br />CLASS II LANDFILLS <br />CLASS III LANDFILLS <br />CLASS II SURFACE IMPOUNDMENT <br />CLASS II LAND TREATMENT UNIT <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />Report in <br />Frequency of <br />Parameter <br />Units of <br />Reporting <br />Source(s) of Material <br />-- <br />Quarterly <br />Discharged <br />Minimum Freeboard <br />Feet and Tenths <br />Quarterly <br />In addition, grab samples <br />of impoundment contents <br />shall be taken and analyzed <br />for the parameters and constituents listed below <br />under "LEACHATE MONITORING" <br />(with the exception of flow <br />rate) at the frequencies <br />indicated thereunder. <br />LEACHATE MONITORING <br />All landfill unit and surface impoundment LCRS sumps shall be inspected daily <br />for leachate generation. <br />Upon detection of leachate in a previously dry LCRS, <br />the Discharger, shall immediately sample the leachate and shall continue to <br />sample the leachate at the <br />following frequencies thereafter.
