Plan are: <br />( a ) to define the nature and extent of Quality Assurance <br />practices for all analyses performed by the Laboratory; ( b ) to <br />set forth the requirements for preparation of Quality Assurance <br />Practices; and (c) to provide a description of the methods to be <br />used in carrying out the Quality Assurance Program. <br />1 . 2 Scope <br />This Quality Assurance Plan is intended to encompass the entire <br />measurement system from initial sampling to final reporting of <br />results and any other project requirements.. <br />1.3 Objectives <br />The overall objective of this Q.A. Plan is to assure that Multi - <br />Tech Laboratories produces valid data for all analytical <br />Procedures utilized by the laboratory. This is accomplished by: <br />(a) verifying that work procedures and practices are adequate and <br />acceptable to the client and regulatory agencies; <br />(b)participat.ion in an intralaboratory Quality Control program <br />which assists Multi -Tech Laboratories in maintaining the accuracy <br />and precision of data produced by its personnel. <br />
