Chemical composition. <br />M <br />C. <br />Physical and chemical characteristics such <br />as: <br />i. Physical form (solid, liquids, gas); <br />ii. Physical description (e.g., powder, oily <br />sludge); <br />Temperature; <br />iv. pH; <br />V. General chemical <br />base, solvent); <br />vi. Molecular weight; <br />vii. Density; <br />viii.Boiling Point; <br />ix. viscosity; <br />class (e.g., acid, <br />X. Solubility in water; <br />Xi. Cohesiveness of the waste; and <br />xii. Vapor pressure. <br />Migration and dispersal characteristics of <br />the waste such as: <br />i. Sorption capability; <br />ii. Biodegradability, bioconcentration, <br />biotransformation; <br />iii. Photodegradation rates; <br />iv. Hydrolysis rates; and <br />V. Chemical transformations. <br />- Permittee shall document procedures used in <br />making the above determination. <br />C. Characterization of Release of Hazardous Constituents <br />The Permittee shall collectdata on ground <br />water, soils, surface water, sediment, and subsurface gas <br />contamination•the facility inaccordanc <br />includewith the sampling and analysis plan as required above. <br />These data shall be sufficient to define the extent, origi <br />direction, and rate of movement of contamination. Data <br />shall ii location <br />ofsampling, mediasampled <br />concentrations • • conditions during sampling, and the <br />identity of the individuals performing the sampling and <br />analysis.
