The Pe tee shall collect at ami. mum the following <br />information when conducting investigations of air <br />contamination at the facility: <br />. . description <br />._i.i of <br />.. horizontal andvertical <br />extent of subsurface gases mitigation; <br />b. The chemical composition of the gases being <br />emitted; <br />C. The rate, amount,and density of <br />being emitted; and <br />•. Horizontal andverticalconcentrations <br />profiles of the subsurface gases emitted. <br />The Permittee shall document the procedures used in <br />making .g: _ above •:_.• <br />The Permittee shall collect data describing the human <br />populations and environmental systems that are susceptible <br />•.contaminant exposure <br />.i. ^_ from the facility. <br />Chemical <br />analysis of biological samples and/or data of observable <br />effects in ecosystems alsobobtainedas appropriate. <br />The following characteristics shall be identified: <br />1. Current local uses <br />•: planned future usesof <br />groundwater; <br />a. Type of use (e.g., drinking water source: <br />municipal or residential, agricultural, <br />domestic/non-potable, and industrial); and <br />b. Location of groundwater users, to include <br />withdrawal and discharge wells, within one <br />mile of the impacted area. <br />The above information should also indicate the aquifer <br />i. hydrogeologic unit <br />used <br />and/or •. • i each <br />item. <br />2. Current local uses and planned future uses of <br />surface waters directly impacted by the facility: <br />lawn/gardeninga. Domestic and municipal (e.g., potable an <br />b.
