This involves installation of <br /> four lysimeters in WMU .A, two in WMU G, and one background lysimeter. Order No. <br /> 88-023 was adopted in January 1988 and I expect the second quarter monitoring to <br /> be based on this order. The due date for the Second quarterly monitoring report <br /> Is 15 July 1988 and, therefore, you must have tie lysimeters in and <br /> operational in time to meet this deadline.
