Closure Plan originally dated September <br /> 1987, and subsequent revisions, for the closure of the hazardous <br /> waste landfill unit (WMU A) at the Forward Inc. landfill in San <br /> Joaquin County. The following documents embody all reports and <br /> other written information that make up the final Closure Plan, <br /> including the conditions DHS and EPA are imposing on the <br /> facility: <br /> o Forward Inc. Landfill Closure Plan Class II-I Disposal Area, <br /> September 1987, <br /> o Responses to Notice of Deficiency, March 1988 and <br /> o Closure Conditions, Forward Inc. , September 13, 1988. <br /> Pursuant to Title 22 of the California Code of Regulations and <br /> the regulations adopted pursuant to the Resource Conservation and <br /> Recovery Act, your closure plan submittals are found to be <br /> - acceptable, with the additional conditions imposed by DHS and EPA <br /> listed in Attachment A, Closure Conditions, Forward Inc. , and are <br /> hereby approved. Any future referral to the term " Approved <br /> Closure Plan" shall mean reference to the three documents <br /> aforementioned. You are required to comply with all the specific <br /> points of this approved Closure Plan. <br /> Please note that upon completion of closure, you and a Registered <br /> Professional Engineer must certify that closure was completed in <br /> accordance with the approved Closure Plan. <br />
