The <br /> Board hereby approves your closure plan for waste management unit A subject to the <br /> following conditions and stipulations: <br /> 1. Completion of the proposed monitoring program; <br /> 2. Submission of the information previously requested in our letter of 25 August <br /> 1988 regarding reclassification of the facility,and; <br /> 3.
