Any change that would cause the design or operation of the facility nota to conform to the Conditions of this permit would be considered a significant change and require a permit revision . Y/3 - The facility has a permitted daily capacity of 500 tons per day and shall not receive more than 700 tons per day for more than 2 days in any week and not'--more than 15 , 000 tons of waste in any month without first obtaining a revision of this permit. No limits as to capacity shall apply to individual, categories of waste , but the limits specified herein shall apply to total waste. 4 . A change in the contracted operator constitutes a change that would require a modification of this permit. Provisions: 1 . This permit is subject to review by the local enforcement agency , and may be modified , suspended, or revoked , for sufficient cause after a hearing . 2 . Approved safety helmets and respirators shall be provided for all employees operating equipment, at the site . 3 . All landfill personnel should receive formal training in the inspection , handling and proper per disposal of refuse , asbestos, ash , contaminated Soil , and other special peoial wastes received . Personnel should be aware of the hazards associated o,,ith -the waste , the proper safety precautions to be -taken and -the type of safety equipment to be worn . Training sessions should be held periodically and a record kept of when each session was given , its content, and attendees . Signatures of each session attendee should be obtained as evidence that the session was conducted . Adequate measures for 'prompt fire control as required by local fire authorities shall be maintained by the operator . 5 . Adequate measures to minimize the creation of dust at the disposal site shall be maintained by the operator . 6 . Adea'uat,� litter control equipment shall be maintained around the working face of the site .
