Environmental measurements of water quality and leachate <br /> J- shall be reported to the LEA on a quarterly or other time <br /> frame in accordance with the Waste Discharge Requirements . <br /> 2 . Records of the results of the following required monitoring <br /> must be maintained at the site by the operator and provided <br /> to the LEA for inspection as required : <br /> C'I <br /> A record of the number of vehicles utilizing the site . <br /> b. As built information showing the area of the site <br /> utilized , location , and depth of filled areas and the <br /> type of waste in each area. <br /> C . Records of quantities and types of waste received . <br /> d . Records of qua*ntities and types of goods recycled <br /> and/or salvaged . <br /> e . A log of special occurrences , i .e . , fires ., exolosions , <br /> accidents , hazardous wastes , etc . <br />
