Landfill <br />San Joaquin County, California <br />Dear Mr. LeClerc: <br />All existing ground water monitoring wells at the Forward, Inc. Landfill <br />will be permanently closed with cement/bentonite grout. The San Joaquin <br />County Health District requires that the casing be removed, and that a <br />cement/bentonite grout be pumped into the borehole through a tremie pipe. <br />If the casing can not be removed, the entire casing length must be <br />perforated, and the well must be pressure grouted in-place. <br />The following table gives construction details for the existing monitoring <br />wells at the Forward, Inc.
