In addition, the LEA determined that the Forward Landfill Preliminary Closure <br /> and Postclosure Maintenance Plans were complete in a letter to Forward Landfill, Inc. dated <br /> February 7, 1994. Listed below are the enclosures included in this letter: <br /> 1 . The solid waste facilities permit revision application sheet. <br /> 2. The letter from San Joaquin County Public Works Department stating that Forward <br /> Landfill is in conformance with the current County Solid Waste Management Plan. <br /> 3. The Notice of Determination from the San Joaquin County Clerk's office for this <br /> facility's CEOA review. <br /> 4. A copy of the Forward Landfill mitigation monitoring plan. <br /> 5. Preliminary closure and postclosure maintenance plan completeness letters from the <br /> LEA and the California Integrated Waste Management Board. <br /> 6. The finding from the San Joaquin County Planning Commission that this facility is in <br /> compliance with the San Joaquin County General Plan. <br /> 7. The proposed revised permit for the Forward Landfill. <br /> 8.
