The Discharger proposes to discharge wastes classified under Chapter 15 as designated waste, nonhazardous solid waste and inert waste to the Class II landfill units. The Class III landfill units will only receive wastes classified as nonhazardous solid waste and inert waste. Designated and nonhazardous solid wastes include, but are not limited to, asbestos, commercial and industrial waste, municipal solid waste, coal and wood ash, contaminated soils, salty wastes, construction and demolition waste, shredder waste and dewatered sewage sludge. The contaminated soils may include, but are not limited to, treated and untreated petroleum products, metals or other constituents.
