A copy of the State <br /> Inspection Report is enclosed. <br /> The facility was evaluated for compliance with applicable sections of Division 30 <br /> of the Public Resources Code; Title 14, California Code of Regulations (CCR), <br /> Chapter 3 — State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal, <br /> and Chapter 5 —Enforcement of Solid Waste Standards and Administration of <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permits. <br /> The overall appearance and condition of the facility was excellent, especially <br /> taking into consideration the recent rains that drenched the San Joaquin Valley. <br /> No violations of applicable laws and regulations were documented during the <br /> inspection. <br /> I would like to commend Ms. Linda Turkatte and Mr. Greg Oliveira, San Joaquin <br /> County EHD, and Mr. "Butch" Stefan, Forward, Inc., for their valuable <br /> assistance during the inspection.
